HT19 piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor, the main component is a high stability diffuse silicon sensing element. The sensing package utilizes silicone oil to transfer pressure from a 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. Piezoresistive pressure sensor adopts international advanced silicon pressure chip with high stability and high precision, adopts sintering base with optimized stress design, and is produced by SMT, gold wire bonding, diaphragm welding, high vacuum oiling, pressure cycle stress relief, high temperature aging, temperature compensation and other processes.
