Introduction of diffrential pressure transmitter:
BP93420DIII differential pressure transmitter employs a
piezoresistive silicon sensor. As the measured medium's
differential pressure affects the corrugated diaphragms on both
ends of the sensor, the Wheatstone bridge on the sensor chip
produces an output signal that shows excellent linearity with the
differential pressure. This allows for precise measurement of the
differential pressure. The transmitter is ideal for conducting
differential pressure measurements in diverse gas and liquid
applications, particularly in industries like petroleum, chemical
for pipeline installations.
Differential pressure transmitters can be used for reaction and
process monitoring in a range of industrial sectors, with high
resistance to corrosive media and atmospheric moisture. The
diaphragms are typically fabricated from stainless-steel and are
inherently resistant to oxidization and gas adsorption in flue
pipework for example. Inconel diaphragms can be applied for
improved resistance to salt water in marine hydrocarbon
exploration.

Ordering tips

measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type
products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the
power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended
that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure
that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring
is -20℃ to 250℃. When the product's operating temperature is below
-20℃, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials.
If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable
material. If you require a different cable material, please specify
it in the order.
