Introduction of flush diaphragm pressure sensor:
The BP93420-III-FL pressure transmitter uses the HT series silicon
resistive film oil-filled core as the signal measuring element. The
process connection adopts direct welding of 316L isolation
diaphragm and matching flange to ensure the precision of pressure
measurement. The customized heat sink can adapt to high-temperature
environments. The signal processing circuit located inside the
stainless steel housing converts the sensor signal into a standard
output signal. The entire product has undergone rigorous testing
and aging screening of components, semi-finished products, and
finished products, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

is compatible with the contact part of the product.
- 2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof products
do not include digital display heads.
- 3. When ordering a transmitter with LCD or LED display head, the
power supply of the transmitter should not be less than 20VDC.
- 4. To ensure the reliable operation of the product, you are advised
to install lightning protection devices on site and ensure that the
product and power supply are reliably grounded.
- 5. The rated operating temperature range of fluorine rubber O-ring
is -20℃~ 250℃. When the operating temperature of the product is
lower than -20 ° C, EPDM O-type sealing ring should be selected.
- 6. The default cable length is 1.5m and there are three kinds of
materials to choose from. If there are no special instructions,
polyethylene cable materials can be used. If you need a different
cable material, please specify it in the order form.
